It’s Alright! Jesus Still Loves You Right Where You Are At!

Psalm 103:11&12 For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him. As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.

God’s relationship toward us is dual in nature. In one since God has truly forgiven us for all of our sins. All sins past, present and future are forgiven, only by the 100% complete finished work of Christ on the cross. That is what keeps salvation by grace FREE and apart from works of righteousness which we have done.

Do not forget the ordinance; whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. God orders the heavens and earth. It is like gravity. We can say it doesn’t exist, but that does not mean that it doesn’t exist, because it does.

As a born again child of God, if you commit the sin of literal murder, God still forgives you. Why, because Jesus paid for 100% of all our sins. God does however in most cases expect you to have a powerful prison ministry, because you will probably be behind bars for a long time.

Just like a father’s relationship towards his child. When your child disobeys you have to discipline him for his own good. Love compels you to be a responsible parent and teach your child right from wrong. There are consequences for our actions.

We are all in a pursuit for happiness. The devil promises happiness and delivers it temporally. Problem is the consequences for the devils pleasures are way greater than the amount of temporal pleasure you get. The pleasures of the world are always fleeting.

God promises that your joy will be full. God promises us a joy that is so overwhelming words are not adequate express it. A joy unspeakable, and the peace of God, which passeth all understanding!

Just like the devil expects us to get temporal pleasures through selfishness, God expects us to get overflowing joy by selflessness. To be selfless is to be of service to others for no reason, but them and God.

These Are The Things God Asks Us To Do For Others:

Love Your Neighbor

James 2:8 If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:

Romans 13:8-10 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law. For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

Galations 5:13-14 For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another. For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

Give A Cup Of Cool Water

Mark 9:41 For whosoever shall give you a cup of water to drink in my name, because ye belong to Christ, verily I say unto you, he shall not lose his reward.

Matthew 10:42 And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward.

Feed The Hungry, Give Drink To The Thirsty & Clothe The Naked

Visit The Sick, Imprisoned, Fatherless And Widows

Matthew 25:35-40 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me. Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee? Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

James 1:27 Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

Entertain Strangers

Hebrews 13:2 Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.

Love, Forgive And Pray For Your Enemies

Lu 6:27-28 But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you, Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you.

Luke 6:35 But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.

Matthew 6:14-15 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

Romans 12:20-22 Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good. For thou shalt heap coals of fire upon his head, and the LORD shall reward thee.

Proverbs 25:21 ¶ If thine enemy be hungry, give him bread to eat; and if he be thirsty, give him water to drink:

Most everyone agrees that all of the deeds listed here are wonderful forms of showing the love of God to others. These acts of love are not the end of our faith though. They are the beginning of our faith and will carry us through the course of our walk with the Lord. The ultimate goal of our faith is to win the lost to the Lord and see salvation set the hearts of people free. Like unto that we are to teach young Christians how to live by the same faith and preach the gospel. It is a wonderfully completed cycle.

Preach The Gospel

Mark 16:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

1Corinthians 1:23-24 But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness; But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.

1Corinthians 9:16 For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!

2Timothy 4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.

Luke 9:60 Jesus said unto him, Let the dead bury their dead: but go thou and preach the kingdom of God.

Mark 1:14-15 Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.

Matthew 24:13-14 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Teach Others To Love & Preach Thereby Making Disciples

Matthew 28:19-20 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Acts 14:21-22 And when they had preached the gospel to that city, and had taught many, they returned again to Lystra, and to Iconium, and Antioch, Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.

John 4:1 When therefore the Lord knew how the Pharisees had heard that Jesus made and baptized more disciples than John,

Ultimately we want to hear the Lord say “Well Done Thou Good And Faithful Servant.” By His grace and to His glory, start being a good and faithful servant everyday for the rest of the days of your life. When you fall short, just get up and get back in the race. That is what you have to do to win the prize. Recognize the plan that God has laid out before you and continue to strive to obtain it. Jesus Christ is good and faithful. His grace is sufficient and His strength is manifested through our humble weakness.
